After you complete your order at checkout you will shortly receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Order Confirmation is your confirmation that we have received your order and sent automatically from our system. Always check that your confirmation is correct, and save it for possible contacts with our customer.

Should the unlikely event you do not receive an order confirmation, please check that your email address is correct and let us know and we'll send a new one.

All orders made are binding. Have you placed an order by mistake, you must contact us immediately so we can cancel your order before it is processed further.


On shown prices in Swedish kronor including VAT. The shipping cost is free in Sweden if the purchase price exceeds 500 SEK. When buying products below 500 SEK we charge a shipping fee of 61 SEK. Prices in stores and online may vary, and we reserve the right to change our prices.

Shipping and delivery
within Sweden
I'm Home Free shipping within Sweden if the purchase price is over 500 SEK. At amounts less than 500 SEK will be charged a shipping fee of 61 SEK.

We deliver your goods in stock within 1-3 working days of your order has been confirmed.

The packages are delivered with PostNord to the nearest delivery. Once your package is available you'll be notified via SMS to the mobile number you entered in your order.

Your package will remain at the delivery point in 14 days from package arrived, then sent it back to us. Unclaimed packages will be charged a fee to cover our shipping cost back and forth. The amount varies and is based on the price list at Post Nord.

Im Home does not apply the partial delivery of one or more items in the order can not be delivered. Instead, sent the goods to be shipped and backordered items credited to you as a customer.

Delivery outside Sweden

Replacement and return
